And - side note: this month marks my 21st year as a real estate agent on the East End. I started just months before the world-changing events of 9/11, and I often reflect that even through chaos and uncertainty, the Hamptons real estate market bounced back and flourished, transforming sleepy resort towns into vibrant, year-round communities. Then, as now, and for the foreseeable future, I believe the Hamptons have been a safe haven financially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We have great history and momentum to carry us through 2023 and beyond. The future looks bright!
