It's the most wonderful time of the year! The holidays have begun, bookended by the start of Hanukkah this past Sunday and Christmas this coming Sunday! Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas to all who celebrate! 

As we head into the end of the year, some of us may be winding down while others are racing to wrap up projects. Whether you're coming out east for the holidays or heading somewhere warm to start 2023 with a tan, I hope your days are merry and filled with quality time with loved ones, with special moments and memories you'll cherish through the coming years. Remember to reward yourself for all you've accomplished in 2022, and then you'll be refreshed and can set your goals even higher for 2023.
