How is it November already?? Here we are, moving into the shortest days of the year - but it’s our favorite time, with cozy fireside meals, fun gatherings and sweater weather! And who doesn't love watching the colors change? In this issue of our Museletter, we're giving you a taste of some of our favorite fall activities, delectable treats, and of course some great real estate.

A quick market note — we are experiencing a substantial quieting in the market due to limited inventory and higher interest rates. But demand remains strong even as the East End buying season slows down for the year. That said, we’d like to give big thanks to all of you and to our colleagues, for enabling our recognition as Corcoran’s #1 producer for the month of September.
