Spring has finally sprung, and it's time to celebrate the season of new beginnings! Daffodils are blooming everywhere, and we're getting ready for summer fun in the Hamptons. Even though some reports suggest home prices are trending down, it's not because of a lack of demand but due to limited inventory. But don't worry, rental activity is taking off and buyers are still eager to experience the magic of the Hamptons.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a fantastic trip to Chicago with the International Luxury Alliance - a group of top luxury realtors from the US and Europe. We shared information and ideas about the state of luxury real estate and I came away inspired and energized. And in just a couple of weeks, I'll be in Nashville to speak about innovative real estate marketing at BeCorcoran - Corcoran's annual national conference for our extensive Corcoran franchisee network.
