April showers bring May flowers, and this year the flowers are lusher than ever -- and just in time for Mother’s Day! Wishing all the moms (and that means anyof you that nurture another living being) a very happy Mother’s Day.  Take time, relax, and have fun this weekend, because you deserve it!

I’m looking forward to many fun and lighthearted moments spent with friends and family in the coming months – if the truly light-hearted White House Correspondents' Dinner is any indication, we are in store for a summer of social gatherings. So let's party like it's... 2019!?

Real Estate? The market is more competitive than it's ever been -- in just the last week we received two offers for houses within the first week of listing. The rental market is in full swing, and virtual/FaceTime showings are still “a thing”.  Everyone is worried about the impact of rising interest rates and whether that will deter buyers going forward. The real issue preventing buyers from going forward seems to be the lack of inventory. There is so little on the market, and when it’s priced well, deals are made immediately – and they tend to stick. Of course, my crystal ball is out for repair this week, so I won’t predict what the market will look like by the end of this quarter -- or next. But I can say with certainty that you cannot go wrong with a decision to sell – or to buy – in the Hamptons right now. Why not live your best life and make your dreams happen today!
