The newest member of Mala Sander+Team, Maxwell joined the team in 2020 to lead all marketing efforts for both individual properties and the all-encompassing brand. Bringing experience working for world-renowned luxury brands like Rolls-Royce and 1stdibs, and working with high-profile clients in entertainment and real estate in Southern California, as Marketing Director he has invigorated the Mala Sander+Team brand and spearheaded the launch of many new creative assets and advertising projects, including the team logo, website, direct marketing campaigns, and digital and social media strategies.

He has an aptitude for conceptualizing strategies and streamlining processes to maximize efficiency and engagement, with a level of care that makes each and every client feel prioritized. With a passion for improving the human experience, he is most at-home in the gym, the kitchen, or with a paintbrush in hand.
